Komax 341 – Crimping height meter
Introduction
Increased quality and quality control were our two priorities in creating the Komax 341 crimping height meter. With the full integration of crimping height measuring in the production sequence, conversion time is reduced and entry errors are avoided.
Scope of applications
The Komax 341 is indispensable for the mci 721 crimping press with integrated crimping height adjustment feature. The correction required to meet the desired crimping height is calculated on the basis of the measured value. The mci 721 corrects the height automatically, eliminating the need for operators to make calculations in their heads and to adjust the crimping height by hand. This dramatically reduces conversion time.
